Technician III, Manufacturing Equipment Engineering (Design and Machinist)

Responsibilities

• Create and modify part models, fixtures, and tooling designs using SolidWorks
• Operate conventional and CNC machining equipment, including lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines
• Set up, operate, and optimize CNC milling machines for precision manufacturing
• Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) requirements
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs and machining processes
• Perform machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs to ensure equipment reliability
• Conduct in-process inspections using metrology instruments to verify product quality and compliance

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining or a related technical field
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Experience using metrology instruments and precision measuring tools
• Ability to work onsite in Biñan City, Laguna, and accommodate a shifting work schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry exposure in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing
