Technician III, Manufacturing Equipment Engineering (Design and CNC Machinist)

Responsibilities

• Create and modify part models, fixtures, and tooling designs using SolidWorks
• Operate conventional and CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision parts
• Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements
• Set up, operate, and optimize CNC milling machines and machining processes
• Perform machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs to ensure reliability
• Conduct in-process inspections using metrology instruments to verify quality compliance
• Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining or a related technical field
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Experience using metrology instruments and precision measuring tools
• Ability to work onsite in Biñan City, Laguna, and accommodate a shifting work schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry exposure in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing
