Technician III-Equipment (CVD)

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of Applied Centura RTP equipment
• Assist with the maintenance of Novellus C2s, Novellus Sabres, and Watkins Johnson equipment
• Troubleshoot electronic, electrical, and mechanical problems
• Read and interpret mechanical prints and electrical/electronic schematics
• Document all work effectively in maintenance logs
• Work safely with systems containing radiation, electrical, mechanical, liquid, and gas hazards
• Participate as an active member of the Fab 4 Emergency Response Team (ERT)

Requirements

• AA degree in a technical field or equivalent semiconductor industry/military experience
• 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance performing PMs on AMAT tools
• Ability to pass a physical, fit test, and medical clearance for SCBA respirator usage
• Proficiency with MS Office products
• Ability to lift, push, and pull approximately 50 lbs
• Ability to work the front night compressed work week shift (Sun, Mon, Tue, every other Sat, 6:15 PM to 6:30 AM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with AMAT RTP tools
• Additional experience in other semiconductor fab maintenance areas
