Technician II, Utilities Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on GMP and non-GMP process and support equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems, developing remediation activities for malfunctions
• Maintain accurate cGMP records in both paper and electronic formats
• Manage contract service providers, including scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with SOPs
• Operate and maintain boilers, autoclaves, washers, filling equipment, and filter integrity testers
• Provide on-call support on a rotating basis to support 24/7 facility operations
• Administer hazardous energy control procedures and confined space entry protocols
• Lead small projects and maintain qualified trainer status for assigned On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Requirements

• AS degree or technical certificate in a science/technical field or a technical trade school
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance or technical utilities
• Valid 2nd Fireman License (Boiler Operator’s License)
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Norwood, MA
• Must hold current US work authorization without the need for future sponsorship
