Technician II, Utilities Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on GMP and non-GMP process and support equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems, developing remediation activities for malfunctions
• Maintain accurate cGMP records using both paper-based and electronic systems
• Manage contract service providers, including scheduling, training, and ensuring documentation compliance
• Operate and maintain boilers, autoclaves, washers, filling equipment, and filter integrity testers
• Provide on-call support on a rotating basis to support 24/7 facility operations
• Administer hazardous energy control procedures and confined space entry protocols

Requirements

• AS degree or technical certificate in a science/technical field or technical trade school
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance or technical roles
• Valid 2nd Fireman License (Boiler Operator's License)
• Experience working within cGMP documentation standards
• Ability to work onsite in Norwood, MA on a rotating shift (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat, 12pm-12am)
