Technician II-Product/Test

Responsibilities

• Perform product setup activities related to New Product Introduction (NPI) and business unit projects
• Assist Test and Product Engineering with debugging activities and failure analysis support
• Provide support for testing wafer level and packaged ICs, including data collection and analysis for yield and quality improvements
• Manage NPI support tasks such as pilot lots, qualification runs, and engineering lot management
• Support Quality Engineering for external audits by maintaining accurate records in accordance with internal specifications
• Read and interpret schematics to create hardware fixturing for test capability
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects in parallel while solving practical technical problems

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a test technician position
• ASEE or equivalent education and experience
• Hands-on experience with various IC handling and testing equipment
• Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimum supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of C++ is beneficial
