Technician II - Product/Test

Responsibilities

• Work from established test procedures and work instructions to verify product conformance to specifications
• Calibrate, align, and adjust products and systems to meet established specifications
• Operate standard test equipment, including frequency and stability test stations and Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Maintain test records, automated test reports, and production documentation
• Record all non-conformances to product specifications
• Maintain operational readiness of test equipment and fixtures, verifying calibration before use
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly working area
• Adhere to production schedules and established test times
• Perform non-routine testing or troubleshooting of components, devices, or products as needed
• Assist in the training of less experienced technicians

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus
• 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Proficient in basic mathematical skills
• Ability to accurately read and interpret travelers and specifications
• Strong hand-eye coordination and keen attention to detail
• Excellent hand and finger dexterity to handle wafers without causing damage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
