Technician II, Process Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on GMP and non-GMP equipment and systems
• Perform equipment troubleshooting and implement repairs, coordinating with engineers and vendors
• Maintain all cGMP documentation in both paper and electronic formats in full compliance
• Serve as the first responder for equipment issues and manage resolution strategies
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment including autoclaves, washers, and filling equipment
• Support 24/7 operational readiness, including rotational on-call support
• Manage contract service providers to ensure SOP compliance and proper documentation
• Administer hazardous energy control procedures and confined space entries per safety protocols

Requirements

• AS degree or certificate in a science/technical field or a technical trade school
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
• Experience with cGMP documentation compliance
• Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Norwood, MA
• Must hold current US work authorization without the need for future sponsorship
