Technician II, Process Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on GMP and non-GMP process equipment and systems
• Serve as the first responder to equipment issues, performing troubleshooting and implementing repairs
• Maintain all cGMP documentation in both paper and electronic formats in full compliance
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment including autoclaves, washers, filling equipment, and filter integrity testers
• Perform equipment changeovers and setups to support production readiness
• Manage and oversee contract service providers to ensure SOP compliance
• Support 24/7 operational readiness, including rotational on-call support
• Administer hazardous energy control procedures and confined space entries per safety protocols

Requirements

• AS degree or certificate in a science/technical field or a technical trade school
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting and repair
• Proficiency in maintaining GMP documentation compliance
• Ability to work onsite full-time at the Norwood, MA facility
