Technician II, Lab

Responsibilities

• Operate various analytical equipment according to established protocols and procedures
• Perform comprehensive analysis of samples and prepare them using appropriate techniques
• Report analytical results and findings to stakeholders
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Record and analyze test results with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, housekeeping, and follow all safety protocols

Requirements

• Diploma in Sciences, Engineering, or a relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Experience with analytical equipment operation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with analytical tools such as AFM, SEM-EDX, FIB-SEM, Raman spectroscopy, ESCA, or TOF-SIMS
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks/samples
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills for collaborating with engineers and supervisors
• Ability to input and manage test data electronically
