About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve workstation operating system, printer, and standard business application issues
- Troubleshoot line-of-business applications like SAGE ERP and QuickBooks
- Handle basic server and networking issues
- Answer incoming client calls and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
Requirements
- Minimum two years in Helpdesk support or a similar role
- Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory, and endpoint cybersecurity
- Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, and Network architecture
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to work full-time on-site at company or client locations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Active IT Certifications
