Technician II- Facilities (Environmental & Equipment Performance)

Responsibilities

• Collect and compile environmental and equipment performance data into spreadsheets for internal use and customer audits
• Perform monthly particle inspections in fabrication facilities and monitor pump performance parameters
• Conduct HEPA filter balancing, laminar flow assessments, and pressure testing on tunnel doors
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, PM checklists, and repair documentation
• Perform routine maintenance on ionizer emitters and conduct semi-annual ion calibration
• Assist with particle checking and certifying new gas lines using specialized fittings
• Learn and perform exhaust system balancing at both fabrication and facility levels

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of related work experience
• Proficiency with hand tools, measurement tools, and calibration equipment
• Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and access catwalks
• Ability to wear cleanroom gear, respirators, and required PPE
• Physical ability to lift/carry 50lbs and push/pull/drag 70lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures
