Technician II-Equipment (CVD)

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of Applied Centura RTP equipment, Novellus C2s, Novellus Sabres, and Watkins Johnson equipment
• Troubleshoot electronic, electrical, and mechanical problems within semiconductor manufacturing tools
• Read and interpret mechanical prints and electrical/electronic schematics
• Document all work effectively in maintenance logs and follow established procedures
• Work safely with systems containing radiation, electrical, mechanical, liquid, and gas hazards
• Participate as an active member of the Fab 4 Emergency Response Team (ERT)

Requirements

• AA degree in a technical field, or equivalent semiconductor industry experience, military training, or technical degree
• 0-2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, specifically performing PMs on AMAT tools (or equivalent technical military experience)
• Proficiency with MS Office products
• Strong organizational, documentation, and writing skills
• Ability to pass a physical, fit test, and medical clearance for the use of a tight-fitting SCBA full-face respirator
• Ability to lift, push, and pull approximately 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, and kneeling

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with AMAT RTP tools
• Additional experience in other semiconductor fab maintenance areas
