Technician II-Equipment (Bulk Chemical)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain semiconductor Bulk chemical systems, including distribution manifolds and slurry systems.
• Maintain required quality standards on chemical blending systems.
• Perform material handling duties, including forklift operation and management of hazardous waste.
• Follow strict procedures for handling spills, emergencies, and the segregation of compatible materials.
• Participate in equipment installation, layout, qualification, and commissioning.
• Work effectively with systems containing electrical, mechanical, and liquid hazards.
• Communicate system issues across different teams to ensure continuous operation.

Requirements

• AA degree in a technical field or equivalent semiconductor industry experience, military training, or technical degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• Strong electronic and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to pass a physical, fit test, and medical clearance for the usage of a tight-fitting respirator (SCBA full face mask level).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull approximately 100 lbs and carry 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work the front night compressed work week shift (Sun, Mon, Tue, and every other Sat).

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of specific experience in Bulk Chemical equipment maintenance.
