Technician

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, modify, repair, and test aircraft hardware
• Support mechanical assembly, wiring, avionics installation, propulsion integration, and flight hardware preparation
• Work from engineering drawings, CAD, build instructions, and checklists
• Use hand tools, power tools, shop equipment, and basic test equipment
• Fabricate and assemble lightweight structures, brackets, harnesses, panels, and mounts
• Support inventory, kitting, part organization, and factory cleanliness
• Inspect work and catch problems before they become flight issues
• Support ground testing, system checkouts, transport, field operations, and flight test prep
• Troubleshoot problems and improve builds alongside engineers

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building, assembling, repairing, or fabricating real hardware
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools
• High attention to detail and pride in clean workmanship
• Practical problem-solving ability
• Willingness to learn across mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and test
• Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and low ego
• Comfortable working in a factory, shop, lab, or field environment
• Able to follow instructions, ask questions, and improve quickly
