About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, assemble, modify, repair, and test aircraft hardware
- Support mechanical assembly, wiring, avionics installation, propulsion integration, and flight hardware preparation
- Work from engineering drawings, CAD, build instructions, and checklists
- Use hand tools, power tools, shop equipment, and basic test equipment
- Fabricate and assemble lightweight structures, brackets, harnesses, panels, and mounts
- Support inventory, kitting, part organization, and factory cleanliness
- Inspect work and catch problems before they become flight issues
- Support ground testing, system checkouts, transport, field operations, and flight test prep
- Troubleshoot problems and improve builds alongside engineers
Requirements
