About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous reliability operations and maintain uninterrupted equipment within the Reliability Laboratory.
  • Minimize equipment downtime and overdue maintenance to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
  • Provide technical assistance and engineering support to improve product and process quality and reliability.
  • Execute biased activities and procedures for NPI/Non-NPI qualifications, evaluations, and customer risk assessments.
  • Partner with operations, business units, and key stakeholders to implement qualification, evaluation, and monitoring strategies.
  • Ensure all published reports and documentation meet appropriate quality and content standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering Technology or a related technology course.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, specifically within Quality and Reliability Laboratory operations.
  • Basic knowledge of reliability testing, operations, and semiconductor assembly and test processes.
  • Familiarity with international quality standards such as JEDEC, AEC, or J-IPC.
  • Proficiency with laboratory tools including DMM, Oscilloscope, and Signal generator.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret electronic circuits, schematic diagrams, and layouts.
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, 5-Why, Fault Tree, and 8-Discipline Problem Solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous work experience specifically within a semiconductor company.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
