About the role
Responsibilities
- Procure, maintain, and repair lab and tester hardware
- Support testing activities and operation of IC Automated Test Equipment and handlers for customer sampling, characterization, and qualification
- Provide statistical analysis of production and engineering test data
- Analyze product parametric performance relative to data sheet specifications
- Write and verify program scripts
- Conduct IC stress evaluations
Requirements
- Associates degree in Electronics with 0-2 years of industry experience
- Experience with lab equipment such as power supplies and oscilloscopes
- Experience with PC board debug and repair
- Proficiency with standard MS-Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IC Automated Test Equipment
- Knowledge of semiconductors and characteristics of electronic semiconductor devices
- Knowledge of statistics
- Software programming experience
