Technician I

Responsibilities

• Conduct aseptic production operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and batch records.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and batch records following data integrity requirements.
• Ensure all production processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Pfizer Quality Standards (PQS).
• Perform material receiving and returns within the SAP system and participate in batch record reviews.
• Clean and maintain production equipment to ensure effective operation and management.
• Support the management team with new product development, equipment debugging, and validation projects.
• Adhere to all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies to maintain a clean and safe production site.
• Adapt to various work schedules, including early, mid, and night shifts as required by the production schedule.

Requirements

• Technical Secondary Diploma with 3-5 years of pharmaceutical production experience, or a College Diploma with 2-4 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical or chemical engineering (recent graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong knowledge of GMP, validation processes, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer operations.
• Good English language proficiency and communication skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively within a team.
