Technician I, Molding & Tooling Engineering

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and modify tooling for production using manual machines (milling, grinding, lathe) and CNC equipment
• Utilize G-code/M-code programming and CAM software for precision work
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication
• Troubleshoot machine tooling issues to minimize downtime and resolve production backlogs
• Execute machine tool setup, fixturing, and processes to machine parts according to drawings
• Maintain documentation and compliance with GxP and SOP standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant experience in machining or tooling
• Fluency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
• Proficiency with manual machining (milling, grinding, lathe) and CNC equipment
• Experience with G-code/M-code programming and CAM software
• Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T principles
