About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames
- Participate in projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency
- Train new personnel on standard operating procedures
- Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of information and materials
- Take initiative to identify and propose remedies to technical problems
- Provide periodic status reports in both written and verbal formats
- Interact with colleagues and management to ensure continuity and efficiency
