Technician I - Equipment (Maintenance)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily setups, troubleshooting, and temperature verifications of test and programming equipment for FPGA and MSA business units.
• Execute calibration and preventive maintenance on test floor equipment, including test systems, handlers, probers, and EOL equipment.
• Install dedicated change kits on test and programming handlers.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on test, marking, and programming equipment and setups.
• Document technical issues and solutions effectively through verbal passdowns and written reports.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering, Product Engineering, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create necessary presentations and reports.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of semiconductor test equipment and electronics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient computer skills, including navigating file systems and working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with engineering and production teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow complex directions accurately.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
