Technician I- Engineering (Probe)

Responsibilities

• Support wafer probe and test operations by assisting with probe card hardware and test equipment
• Assist PPE and Test Engineers with product testing, engineering setups, and new hardware introductions
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on probe-related equipment
• Coordinate probe equipment and process activities to minimize production delays
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and inventory for probe cards and consumables
• Support data collection efforts to assist engineering decision-making
• Participate in product and equipment transfers under guidance

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working in a semiconductor fab, probe, or test environment
• Basic knowledge of probe and test equipment, processes, and systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 60 lbs unassisted

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree (AA) in a technical field
• 2+ years of relevant semiconductor manufacturing experience
• Prior experience supporting semiconductor test or probe equipment
• Familiarity with documentation systems and inventory management
