Technician I, Electromechanical Technical Support

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance by troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing components on production equipment
• Execute preventive maintenance (PMs) and support engineering and MS&T projects
• Detail work accurately according to company and regulatory policies within Maximo and test protocols
• Act as a first responder for potential SIF conditions
• Participate in continuous process and yield improvement projects
• Confer with engineering, supervisory, and manufacturing personnel to exchange technical information
• Assist in tests and trials for potential process changes and improvements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Availability to work 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday; 3:00pm – 11:00pm)

Preferred Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
• Related technical school certification (e.g., manufacturing technology, electrical engineering)
• Solid foundation in robotics, electrical systems, computers, and mechanical systems
• Ability to interpret engineering blueprints and drawings
• Proficiency with CAD packages and qualitative data analysis
