Technician I

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on returned kiosk parts and PCs
• Run failure analysis on incoming electrical and mechanical parts
• Repair, test, and configure PCs and basic components for field use
• Refurbish, test, and configure kiosks for deployment and network expansion
• Use Salesforce to receive part orders and update equipment data
• Maintain an organized work area and manage tool storage

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic knowledge of electronics principles and troubleshooting techniques
• Proficiency with hand tools, multimeters, and soldering irons
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and push 1000lb+ kiosks
• Ability to stand for large portions of the workday
• Proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical/vocational school diploma
• A+ certification
• 2+ years of related technical experience
• Experience with Microsoft Windows drivers and peripheral configuration
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems and firmware programming
• Experience with Oracle or Salesforce
