Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and assembly equipment required for direct assembly and factory processes
• Gather and assess manufacturing data, interpreting blueprints and schematics to provide process insights
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to repair manuals and specifications
• Manage manufacturing documentation and ensure updates are integrated into company systems
• Provide hands-on assistance to resolve technical quality issues related to engineering and equipment
• Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct equipment adjustments and process optimization
• Adhere to all company, legal, and regulatory standards while maintaining data confidentiality

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing systems, equipment maintenance, or machine operation
• Ability to interpret technical blueprints and schematics
• Strong equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skills
