Technician for Photovoltaic Systems and Heat Pumps

Responsibilities

• Perform technical site surveys to evaluate feasibility for photovoltaic and heat pump systems
• Supervise installations on-site to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Execute and monitor maintenance interventions for existing photovoltaic and heat pump systems
• Document all interventions, checklists, and technical notes via the company app
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure precise and safe project execution
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers on-site

Requirements

• Minimum experience as an electrician with knowledge of electrical panels and safety codes
• Experience in construction or plant engineering sites
• Valid Type B driver's license and willingness to travel daily within Romagna and Marche
• Proficiency with digital tools and smartphone apps for reporting
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert experience in installing and maintaining photovoltaic systems, inverters, and electrical panels
• Expertise in heat pumps or thermo-hydraulic skills

Benefits

• Initial 6-month fixed-term contract with intent to stabilize
• Salary range €22,549 – €25,000 per year (14 installments)
• Travel allowance of €2,800 per year
• Non-compete allowance of €2,000 per year
