About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on building services systems and equipment, with a focus on HVAC
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain safety and quality standards
- Respond to assigned work orders promptly and complete required reports accurately
- Support related building services and trades as needed
Requirements
- Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, recognized apprenticeship, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work at height and perform shift duties
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
