Technician (Building & Architectural)

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of building and architectural elements
• Perform specialized tasks including painting, plaster work, carpentry, and welding
• Execute various relevant trades to maintain resort standards

Requirements

• Certificate in Building & Architectural, recognized apprenticeship, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in building or architectural maintenance
• Ability to work shift duties (Morning, Afternoon, and Overnight shifts)
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a driving license (Category 1 or 2)
