Technician Block Production

Responsibilities

• Uphold and advocate for a safe and compliant working environment by adhering to all workplace safety protocols.
• Operate heavy machinery, including wheeled loaders and forklifts, with proficiency.
• Perform continuous physical handling of concrete blocks, averaging 50 lbs each.
• Navigate and climb conveyors and vertical ladders within an industrial setting.
• Adapt to various operational roles such as operator, cuber, and forklift duties.
• Execute physical tasks including bending, squatting, stooping, sweeping, and shoveling.
• Follow verbal and written instructions to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Experience with forklift operation.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in outdoor industrial environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in electrical work.
• Experience with welding.
• Skills in metal fabrication.
