Technician Block Production

Responsibilities

• Uphold and advocate for a safe and compliant working environment by adhering to all workplace safety protocols.
• Operate heavy machinery, including wheeled loaders and forklifts, with proficiency.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, stooping, sweeping, and shoveling.
• Handle concrete blocks weighing an average of 50 lbs continuously throughout the shift.
• Navigate and climb conveyors and vertical ladders.
• Communicate effectively by following verbal and written instructions to ensure operational efficiency.
• Adapt to various operational roles including operator, cuber, and forklift duties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Experience with forklift operation is highly desirable.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in outdoor industrial settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in electrical work.
• Experience with welding and fabrication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude for navigating industrial equipment.
