Technician Block Production

Responsibilities

• Uphold and advocate for a safe and compliant working environment by adhering to all workplace safety protocols.
• Operate heavy machinery, including wheeled loaders and forklifts, with proficiency.
• Perform continuous physical handling of concrete blocks weighing an average of 50 lbs.
• Navigate and climb conveyors and vertical ladders.
• Execute various physical tasks such as bending, squatting, stooping, sweeping, and shoveling.
• Communicate effectively by following verbal and written instructions to ensure operational efficiency.
• Adapt to various operational roles including operator, cuber, and forklift duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Proven physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and climb as part of a daily routine.
• Experience with forklift operation is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in electrical work.
• Experience with welding and fabrication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude for navigating industrial equipment.
