Technician Block Production

Responsibilities

• Uphold and advocate for a safe and compliant working environment by adhering to all workplace safety protocols.
• Operate heavy machinery, including wheeled loaders and forklifts, with proficiency.
• Handle concrete blocks weighing an average of 50 lbs continuously throughout the shift.
• Maintain physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, squat, and climb conveyors or vertical ladders for extended periods.
• Communicate effectively by following verbal and written instructions to ensure operational efficiency.
• Adapt to various operational roles such as operator, cuber, and forklift duties as needed.
• Utilize various tools and equipment with dexterity and precision to perform industrial tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience operating forklifts is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in electrical work.
• Experience with welding and fabrication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude for navigating industrial machinery and equipment.
