Technician Block Production

Responsibilities

• Uphold and advocate for a safe and compliant working environment by adhering to all workplace safety protocols.
• Operate heavy machinery, including wheeled loaders and forklifts, with proficiency.
• Perform continuous physical handling of concrete blocks, weighing an average of 50 lbs.
• Maintain stamina and focus while standing, walking, bending, squatting, and climbing conveyors or vertical ladders.
• Communicate effectively by following verbal and written instructions to ensure operational efficiency.
• Adapt to various operational roles including operator, cuber, and forklift duties as directed by management.
• Utilize tools and equipment with dexterity and precision to complete industrial tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Proven ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience with forklift operation is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in diverse industrial environments, including exposure to outdoor conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in electrical work.
• Experience with welding and fabrication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude for navigating and maintaining industrial equipment.
