Technician B

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on automated machinery and industrial robots
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures within production systems
• Program and adjust ABB and Fanuc robots, including positions, IOs, and program reading
• Manage and troubleshoot PLCs, servo drives, AC drives, and various control systems
• Interpret electrical diagrams and mechanical blueprints using AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Support the integration, improvement, and redesign of automation equipment

Requirements

• Degree or technical certification in mechatronics, electromechanics, or electronics
• Hands-on experience with ABB and Fanuc industrial robots
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, servo drives, and frequency inverters
• Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial mechanics (gears, chains, reducers)
• Ability to interpret complex electrical diagrams and mechanical blueprints
• Experience with industrial sensors and electrical components such as relays, contactors, and breakers
• Basic machining skills, including the use of lathes and milling machines
• Experience in electronic analysis and repair (TTL / CMOS)
