Responsibilities

• Perform tissue culture and basic molecular biology techniques including cloning, RNA/DNA extraction, PCR, Western blotting, and flow cytometry
• Conduct murine modeling experiments and execute established cellular assays using genetic and chemical perturbation approaches
• Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements
• Present experimental findings orally and in writing, and actively participate in team meetings and scientific discussions
• Comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and applicable regulatory and ethical standards
• Contribute to scientific publications and stay current with scientific literature

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, engineering, chemistry, physics, math, computer sciences, or a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in tissue culture and molecular biology techniques
• Experience with murine modeling
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain precise laboratory records
• Understanding of biohazard safety and handling procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of related laboratory experience
• Broad knowledge of various related laboratory procedures and techniques
