Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist chemists on R&D projects and various technology activities within the laboratory
• Conduct related laboratory tests independently and efficiently to deliver high-quality results
• Manage equipment operation and routine maintenance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives regarding lab safety and operational efficiency
• Perform essential lab tasks including raw material qualification, purchasing support, and housekeeping

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in polymer science or a related scientific field
• More than five years of professional working experience in a laboratory environment
• Proficiency in English reading and writing
• Strong communication skills and a highly motivated, team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work hands-on in a laboratory setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with resin cooking processes
