Technician - Avionics Test Engineering

Responsibilities

• Assemble test stations and rack-mounted hardware designs based on engineering drawings
• Execute modifications to test assemblies, including cable harnesses, circuit card assemblies (CCAs), and test fixtures
• Provide troubleshooting support to engineering teams to resolve technical issues
• Support software verification runs to validate software release processes
• Assist with assembly build jobs to meet project schedules and delivery commitments

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Associated degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with and modifying test hardware
• Familiarity with Collins Aerospace workmanship standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative communication skills
