Technician Apprentice - Prototype & 3D Printing

Responsibilities

• Manufacture high-precision prototypes and functional models for R&D validation and international marketing exhibitions.
• Perform assembly, adjustment, and mounting of complex systems such as HVAC and Inverters.
• Execute traditional or digital machining and provide high-quality finishing, including sanding, painting, and optical finishing for transparent parts.
• Manage the 3D printing fleet, including file preparation, multi-material printing (rigid, flexible, transparent), and post-processing.
• Use CATIA to analyze 3D models, design test supports, and adapt files for prototyping.
• Collaborate with R&D, testing laboratories, and Marketing teams to deliver "production-look" prototypes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in GMP, CPRP, Prototyping, or an equivalent technical field.
• Mastery of workshop tools, including milling and turning.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of CATIA V5/V6.
• Experience or strong interest in 3D printing and additive manufacturing.
• Operational technical English for reading plans and documentation.
• High manual dexterity, rigor, and strong attention to detail for high-end finishes.
