Technician Alarm Systems | Security Technology

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, service, and troubleshooting for modern security systems, including alarm systems (EMA), video surveillance (VÜA), access control (ZUKO), and fire alarm systems (BMA).
• Execute professional installation, assembly, and commissioning of security technology.
• Provide technical support and consultation to customers in collaboration with the sales team.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports of all completed technical work.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in the field of security technology.
• Completed vocational training or degree in electronics, IT system electronics, information electronics, communications engineering, or a comparable field.
• Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel regionally.
• Proficiency in written and spoken German.
• High level of customer orientation and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call service rotation.
