Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform spray application of polyurea and other coating techniques, including vinyl esters and resin tank linings.
• Operate company vehicles and ensure all required equipment is correctly loaded and secured.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any defects to supervision immediately.
• Support environmental remediation efforts, including the professional clean-up of spills and fly-tipping.
• Assist in the delivery of civil works, ground works, construction, and remediation projects.
• Maintain all plant and equipment post-job, ensuring they are clean and identifying any necessary repairs.
• Work in accordance with health and safety protocols and provided RAMS documentation.
• Liaise with customers on-site to discuss ongoing works and potential service opportunities.
• Complete all necessary work paperwork and submit it to divisional supervision in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge and experience of completing RAMS documentation.
• Willingness to work away from home 5 days a week on a regular basis.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and travel to meet emergency response needs.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in challenging environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in spray application (protective or cosmetic).
• Experience operating plant and heavy machinery.
• Previous experience working in a similar technical or environmental role.
