Technician A&GA

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect medical equipment at patients' homes, ensuring proper functioning and condition.
• Explain device operation, safety instructions, and maintenance recommendations to patients and their families.
• Manage the delivery and collection of medical devices and consumables across all activities.
• Collect necessary administrative information and handle payments or provisions.
• Act as a liaison between patients, sales representatives, prescribers, and pharmacists.
• Collaborate on agency stock management and the cleaning/disinfection of medical equipment.
• Participate in on-call shifts according to the schedule set by management.
• Adhere to company quality, hygiene, and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Professional training (Bac to Bac+2) as an Aide-soignant or Ambulancier.
• Strong knowledge of A&GA medical devices and their usage/maintenance rules.
• Proficiency in office software and business applications (including Google Suite).
• Ability to follow strict professional protocols and safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills to educate patients and interact with healthcare professionals.
