Technician 4, Test Engineering - Product Development

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced technician work in support of test engineering and product development activities
• Build, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot test setups, fixtures, and supporting equipment
• Develop resolutions to complex technical issues using practical experience and creativity
• Collect, review, and communicate test data to support engineering decisions and development progress
• Partner with test, product, and design engineers to support development priorities
• Identify opportunities to improve test methods, workflow efficiency, and equipment reliability
• Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced technicians and team members
• Manage shifting priorities to support critical business and project needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of related experience
• Experience in test engineering, product development, or lab operations
• Experience in manufacturing test or engineering support
• Proven ability to support multiple products and platforms in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with engineers on debug, validation, and data collection activities
• Demonstrated success in mentoring or supporting team members
