Technician 3, Manufacturing Equipment

Responsibilities

• Provide shift online support for continuous production lines to ensure equipment performance meets quality, yield, and cost goals
• Report online machine status and issues to EE Leaders and Engineers
• Perform final test product conversion and maintain 6S standards
• Support technical teams in meeting machine downtime, utilization, MTBA, and MTBF goals
• Assist Engineers with project follow-ups
• Train operators on machine operation and skill improvement
• Manage spare parts replacement and maintain accurate tracking records
• Support shift rotations and overtime coverage

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing
• Familiarity with maintenance and troubleshooting of Test/Burn-in equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Working English proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with TEST equipment, processes, and alarm handling
• Experience with machine and tooling routine PM
• Ability to generate reports and perform machine alarm analysis
