Technician 3, Manufacturing Equipment

Responsibilities

• Sustain test equipment with minimal downtime
• Provide manufacturing and equipment support in high volume environments
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to schematics and manuals
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting diagnosis
• Resolve non-standard problems with minimal supervision
• Support new equipment installations and improvement initiatives with Engineering
• Improve and sustain equipment capability to meet KPI (Availability, OEE, and Yield)
• Assist engineers during DOE and improvement projects

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PC software/hardware issues
• Ability to use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges, and common test equipment
• Knowledge of machine control systems such as PLC, sensors, relays, and pneumatics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Tester Maintenance, Automation, or related fields
• Experience troubleshooting testers with Linux and Windows OS
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and write maintenance procedures
