Technician 3, Manufacturing Equipment

Responsibilities

• Ensure production machine performance is well maintained
• Assist process/equipment engineers with new device evaluation or engineering runs
• Practice 6S principles after maintenance, repairing, or conversion
• Perform troubleshooting on assigned operations
• Maintain daily machine status reports and communication books
• Ensure all waste and chemicals are properly stored, labeled, and scrapped
• Follow all environmental and company procedures

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering
• Ability to work in 12-hour shifts
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Good interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Die Attach, Die Sort, and Oven machines
• Familiarity with computer systems and networks
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
