Technician 3, Manufacturing Equipment

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day wafer sort equipment line sustaining, including prober card maintenance, PM, and conversion.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and systematic problem analysis using techniques such as 5-why analysis.
• Execute preventive maintenance and major down troubleshooting to ensure equipment uptime.
• Liaise with the process engineering team regarding low yield triggering.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and equipment conversions.
• Remain available for overtime work as required to support manufacturing needs.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronic, or an equivalent field.
• 1-3 years of equipment engineering experience specifically in wafer sort test equipment maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and systematic problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of testers, probers, and prober card maintenance.
• Experience with wafer handling and involvement in equipment improvement projects.
