Technician 3, Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting for backend process equipment
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and reassemble equipment according to schematics and manuals
• Execute preventive maintenance protocols and complex repairs to ensure operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the Engineering department on new equipment installations and continuous improvement
• Manage individual responsibilities and contribute to team objectives in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PC hardware/software
• Ability to use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges, and test equipment
• Understanding of PLC systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vision systems
• Knowledge of Auto VMI, Auto Labeling, and Auto Packing equipment
• Ability to provide leadership, training, and mentorship to other technicians
• Experience writing maintenance procedures and using diagnostic equipment for root cause analysis
