Technician 3, Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Sustain backend equipment uptime for Package saw, Solder ball attach, Laser cut, Laser mark, and AOI
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure smooth production operations
• Complete scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and equipment conversions
• Maintain and improve MTBA, Repeat Alarm metrics, and OEE
• Identify and address recurring issues to enhance equipment reliability
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in 6S audits

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronic, or equivalent
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic components

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with computer systems and networks
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with Package saw, Solder ball attach, Laser cut, Laser mark, and AOI machines
