Technician 2, Test Equipment Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot test equipment including Testcell, Tester, Bagger, VDCS, and Conveyor systems
• Resolve Testcell yield issues to maintain product quality and throughput
• Conduct investigations for quality incidents and support root cause analysis
• Perform product conversions on test equipment to support production requirements
• Monitor key process input variables (KPIVs) using KPOV database and OEE tracking
• Drive equipment upgrade and continuous improvement projects
• Provide technical training and guidance to team members
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety protocols

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field
• 4-5 years of manufacturing experience in equipment maintenance and repair
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (motors, bearings, conveyors) and electrical systems (AC/DC, sensors, drives)
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals
• Proficiency in MS Windows software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of safety protocols like Lockout/Tagout

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PLC basics and automation troubleshooting
• Exposure to preventive and predictive maintenance tools
• Experience with Test & Measurement equipment
