Technician 2, Manufacturing Equipment (Wirebond)

Responsibilities

• Support production to achieve KPI goals regarding wire bond machine downtime, utilization, MTBA, and OEE
• Perform machine preventive maintenance and implement continuous improvement activities
• Execute assembly equipment conversion and major troubleshooting to ensure smooth production lines
• Maintain regular attendance aligned with the company's work schedule

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronic, or equivalent field
• Minimum 3 years of experience with wire bond machines (KNS Iconn, Iconn Plus, Ultra, Rapid Mem, etc.)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Knowledge of Semiconductor WB flow and equipment
• Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with computer systems and networks
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Strong interpersonal skills
